The client company is an American technology giant and its offerings include cyber security solutions, cloud infrastructure solutions, business applications, communications and collaborations, backup and disaster recovery, professional services, management and training solutions, digital solutions and managed services.

Your role
The client is seeking a passionate Learning Designer dedicated to facilitating the onboarding process for their platform customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in educating our customers, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, and facilitating their transition to a business-as-usual mode so they can successfully operate and grow their specific platform solution. You will collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Account management organizations to ensure best of breed content that easily enables our customers to accelerate their adoption of the solution.

Responsibilities:
Training Content Development: take the lead in crafting comprehensive educational material for customers and internal team members, facilitating a deep understanding of the monetization platfrom. This involves analyzing the platfrom nuances, functionalities, and best practices to equip learners with essential skills for seamless integration and optimal utilization.
Learning Content Management: Develop and maintain a robust repository of training content within our Learning Management System (LMS) and other internal and external platforms. Adapt content to address the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
Content Innovation: Proactively devise and implement innovative forms and approaches for learning content, optimizing the onboarding experience for customers, and facilitating their seamless adoption of the Solution.
Multimedia Creation: Produce engaging and effective education and onboarding materials, including videos and screenshots, to enhance learning experiences and aid comprehension of complex concepts.
Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the platform to ensure the effectiveness of the onboarding process and to gather insights, feedback, and ensure alignment of training materials with product updates and customer needs.
Analytical Insight: Analyze customer issues and feedback to iteratively refine and update onboarding and training materials, ensuring they remain relevant and aligned with real-world scenarios.
Content Maintenance: Ensure that all learning materials are up-to-date with the latest releases and features of the products, with special attention given to incorporating new components and functionalities.

What you bring to the role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or education or equivalent field experience.
• 3+ years or equivalent experience designing & creating education/on-boarding content.
• 3+ years’ experience managing learning management systems (LMS).
• 1+ year experience in delivering education for a technical product or solution is required.
• Experience with Looop, Lalent LMS, Articulate is a plus.
