Job Description

You will: 

Perform Incident management – troubleshooting and resolving incidents according to the agreed SLAs

Perform Change management – Planning and Implementing changes

Perform implementation of projects and coordination with other teams

Perform installation of new devices, upgrades, new versions, patches

Maintaing slose customer contact during operative work

Support supplier management for incident related communication

Maintain documentation of all executed tasks in a ticket tool and CMDB

Perform proactive capacity and performance management of systems and system components

• You have:

At least 4 years of working experience in IT

Advanced knowledge in Check Point products

Knowledge and experience in VPN (Virtual Private Network) and Firewall technology

Knowledge and experience in Remote Access solutions by CheckPoint

Good knowledge in IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems)

Good knowledge in Networking  

Knowledge in McAfee products (ePO, Web Gateway) is considered an advantage

General knowledge in Proxy (traffic and content filtering) technology

Working experience in global/virtual teams
