Mission of the role
The Analysis Specialist in the GSC MM Hub is working independently on standardized and custom analysis products using the MM Integrated Solutions and other partner data, in accordance with the clients’ requirements. He or she should be eager to dig into big data to extract insightful information out of it, and should be prepared to work with online and offline tools for data manipulation such as Excel, SQL, SPSS and/ or R. The Specialist also supports the lower team levels, Associates, in their daily work.
As an Analysis Specialist you will have the following key accountabilities:
Work independently on data analytics for standardized and ad-hoc MM Integrated Solutions products
Work with massive datasets coming from different data sources
Prepare the data for different marketing campaigns analysis, reporting on standardized KPIs
Work with online and offline tools and applications for data manipulation such as Excel, SQL, SPSS, R
Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
Report to the Analysis Team Manager and work closely with the team’s coordinator and seniors
Align closely with the global Project Execution Team (PET) as part of same functional management
Support optimizations and improvement in the existing processes
Supports the team Associate positions in their daily work
Assist in related team training, knowledge sharing and documentation initiatives
Now that you know what an Analysis Specialist does, what skills, qualifications and experience do you need?
0+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the market research field (having an internship is enough, but preferrably 1+ years of relevant work experience)
University (Bachelor's or Master's) degree
Proven work experience as data analyst, business analyst or similar position
Work or hands-on experience with SQL and/or R
Practical experience with SPSS and/or Python will be considered as an advantage
Advanced experience with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent level of English language, both written and spoken
Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines
Good understanding of Internet technologies, digital data processing, and digital marketing
Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated and customer oriented
