The client company is an American technology giant and its offerings include cyber security solutions, cloud infrastructure solutions, business applications, communications and collaborations, backup and disaster recovery, professional services, management and training solutions, digital solutions and managed services.
What you’ll do?
Work on cross functional project teams, and trouble-shoot complex issues.
Create solutions operational documentation that can be managed by the Ingram Micro Site Support teams.
Manage critical service desk incidents within SLA, providing leadership in troubleshooting.
Plan, coordinate, structure, and execute complex tasks that involve multiple teams and technologies.
Work with project managers to define and deliver project tasks on time and budget, tracking and reporting time as required.

What you’ll bring:
Degree in computer science or equivalent job-related experience
Cisco Networking Technologies (2 years)
Cisco LAN Switches (2 years)
Experience configuring and managing Cisco core and Cisco access switches.
Experience in configuring and managing Meraki cloud hardware – switches, access-point, security appliances and switch stacks, chassis based switches
Experience with routing distribution protocols such as EIGRP and OSPF.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting in complex LAN environments.
Excellent understanding and troubleshooting of L3 environment.
QoS end to end troubleshooting for voice/video.
Experience in configuring and maintenance of Fortigate firewalls
Wireless Network Technology (2 years)
Experience configuring Cisco wireless LAN controllers and Cisco access points.
Experience configuring SSID’s across multiple locations.
Experience configuring security settings on wireless such as WPA2.
Ability to troubleshoot wireless connectivity issues including performance issues.
Understanding of BGP routing in a multi-carrier environment
Understanding of WAN QoS policy design and management
Knowledge of new WAN technologies such as iWAN and performance routing
Understanding of network security technologies, like Cisco ASA or Palo Alto
CCNA/CCNP certification and Fortinet certifications like NSE are considered as advantage
